During my 25 years of experience, I have accompanied women and men and managed teams in complex and multiple situations.
Having completed a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at HEC Montréal’s Business School, I started my career in change management at leading international corporations. I’ve carried out projects in the fields of organizational transformation, change management and strategic consulting, both in France and internationally.
With those experiences under my belt, I decided to pursue my professional development by offering my expertise to small and medium-sized businesses in their bootstrapping and growth phases. I headed a national business incubator and led teams of multidisciplinary advisors in coaching and promoting local businesses within their communities.
Those experiences have enriched me both on a personal and professional level and made me realize that success factors lie in a person’s ability to discover and unleash one’s potential, and then motivate one’s self to act.
Having decided to pursue a professional coaching career path, I completed formal training in the coaching field at Coach & Team – Vincent Lenhardt school. This certification program builds upon my business skills and provides proven techniques and tools to accompany leaders, middle managers and working teams within organizations.
